Our Services
-
Our therapy services provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to process trauma, reconnect with their sense of self, and reclaim agency. Rooted trauma-informed practices, we tailor each session to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Whether you're navigating crisis, grief, identity, or long-term recovery, you're not alone—we’re here to walk with you.
The cost per 1 hour session is $165. We also work with the VQRP+ program, and offer sliding scale pricing for those whose finances may be a barrier to accessing support.
-
We work with organizations, institutions, and governments to improve their responses to human trafficking and gender-based violence. From program development and policy review to staff training and survivor-informed frameworks, our consulting services help align your work with best practices in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive care. Together, we’ll build safer systems where survivors are supported—not re-traumatized
-
Whether for conferences, panels, classrooms, or community forums, our speaking engagements offer powerful insight into the realities of mental health, gender-based violence, and addiction. With a blend of personal and professional expertise, our talks are designed to educate, challenge assumptions, and spark meaningful dialogue. Available in-person and virtually.
-
We offer evidence-based trainings for service providers, educators, law enforcement, healthcare teams, and community organizations. All content is grounded in survivor input and real-world application—helping you build knowledge, empathy, and practical tools. Please contact us for further information on current trainings and those being developed.
-
We support organizations and agencies in strengthening their programs through research, evaluation, and evidence-informed practice. By offering tailored evaluation services, we help partners assess the impact of their programs, identify gaps, and build strategies grounded in both data and lived experience.
Our approach to research and evaluation is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. We work alongside organizations to co-design evaluation tools, conduct needs assessments, analyze outcomes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Whether assessing prevention programs, training initiatives, or survivor services, we ensure that evaluation processes are ethical, participatory, and meaningful.
