Who we are
Jess is the Director of Rogers Counselling and Consulting.
She has a background in Addiction and Mental Health Counselling (Diploma), Forensic Psychology (H.BA), and is finishing her Masters (MSc) in Public Health.
Jess has worked for almost a decade as a therapist and advocate for people who struggle with mental health challenges, and/or are survivors of gender-based violence. She has had the opportunity to work front-line, and in senior positions across various social service sectors. Jess is an active participant in research, program development, and policy creation.

At-Risk Youth/Youth Homelessness
Substance Use & Addiction
Jess offers psychotherapy services rooted in trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy. She knows that no one is “too far gone” to receive support, and firmly believes in centering each interaction around dignity, respect, and choice.
Jess loves to travel and spend time with her daughter.
